Terms and Conditions.

Please note your acceptance of these terms and conditions is a requirement of making a booking.

We require a minimum 50% deposit to confirm the booking. Balance is payable on arrival or prior to arrival in peak holiday times.  Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card (sorry not Amex or Diners Club) or direct bank deposit. A  processing fee is charged on all credit card transactions, as determined by your bank.

We do our utmost to satisfy requests for individual Beach Shacks, however allocation is completely subject to availability at the time of stay.

Cancellation Policy -  As we hold your booking in good faith,  the following applies:-

• 30 days notice required to cancel bookings (out of school holidays).
• If bookings are made less than 30 days in advance, then cancelled, deposits are only refunded if an equal booking is secured.
• For School Holidays/Public Holidays, 60 days notice required to cancel bookings.
• If required notice is not received, deposits are not refundable.
• If stay has commenced, full payment of original booking applies.
• A 20% (of original booking) administration fee applies if deposits are refunded.
