We stayed here from 12th to 15th Dec, 2025. We celebrated my birthday the whole weekend. It was such a special time for me and my kids. The accommodation was amazing, comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed every moment and made lovely memories.

What a joy to find a Balinese style 'Beach Shack' with outstanding views. We could live in this well appointed house quite comfortably. 1770 is a superb place to unwind and relax.

3/12/2025 We originally booked to stay here for one night, and within 15 mins of entering
our room we had booked a further 3 nights! What a beautiful place to unwind, rest and relax.
The service we have had from the Manager has been nothing short of friendly and so helpful. It is safe to say we called this 'home' for the duration of our stay, and what amazing memories we will have to take home with us. If we ever start a family this will be the first place we will come back to for holidays! From K and J

It's a long way from Scotland to the Discovery Coast, but our 'Sunset' holiday house at the Beach Shacks was the most exciting and fun time for a Granny, Mummy and kids. Jumping the waves, playing in the sand, and a trip on the LARC over sea and land. Ice-creams and cocktails at the cafe' at the end of the day. How sorry we are to be on our way. Thankyou so much!

The views are stunning, the 'Tree House' was beautiful, had everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. There was no noise except the birds. 100% enjoyed our 3 day stay. Would choose 1770 Beach Shacks again.
